The Fall issue of Spring Magazine is mailed to over 10,000 members and suppliers of the Spring Manufacturers Institute as well as those holding subscriptions to Spring Magazine. Update your Exhibitor Product & Service Listing prior to July 13, 2017 to be included in the Fall 2017 issue.

As a participating exhibitor, your company information will be listed in the Show Guide of the Metal Engineering Expo 2017.

Pre- and Post-Show Attendee Mailing Lists
Reach attendees before they reach the show floor! Utilize the Pre-Show Mailing List to let pre-registered attendees know about your company’s product or service before they even arrive in Hartford.

Don’t let your marketing efforts end when you leave Hartford! Utilize the Post-Show Mailing List to reach attendees after the show is over. All post-show list orders must be received by October 17, 2017 and will be distributed by email the week of October 23, 2017. This is a one-time use list only.

All exhibitors will be sent a full copy of the post-show attendee list. This list will give new opportunity to all exhibitors by having another moment to present their products and/or services. It also gives a platform for future marketing in the off year (2018) in preparation for the Metal Engineering Expo 2019.

Lists are available for one-time use only. All orders must be accompanied by a sample mailing for approval prior to the use of the pre- and post-show lists. Orders without approved samples will not be fulfilled. Lists include attendee name, title and mailing data only; attendee email addresses and phone numbers are NOT included, per SMI policy.

 

Visionary Sponsor

This is a sponsorship opportunity that will set you apart as a leader in the industry. Only a select few visionary sponsorship positions will be available. Those companies who wish to invest in this biennial event will have an edge over all other exhibitors. When you become a visionary sponsor your company is entitled to exclusive privileges such as:

  • Grand Opening Reception – Create a lasting impression with attendees at one of the most exciting events of the Conference & Expo. The Grand Opening Reception will start off with the official ribbon cutting where your company’s representatives will have the chance to greet the crowd. Then, have your company recognized at the Opening Reception as the premier sponsor of this grand event!

  • Priority Booth space selection for the next MEE in 2019

In order for a company to be eligible for a Visionary Sponsorship position there are specific criteria that must be secured:
  • ✓ A 50% deposit of the total sponsorship amount must be received at SMI Headquarters within 30 days after requesting and submitting the necessary details.
  • ✓ All logos and images to be reproduced must be submitted, in proper form, to SMI for use as expo
    planning and development continues. Within 30 days of the application approval by SMI.
  • ✓ All booth space fees must be paid in-full to SMI by January 31, 2017
  • ✓ Final 50% of sponsorship dollars must be paid in-full to SMI by May 31, 2017
  • ✓ All Visionary Sponsor Exclusive-Benefits will continue to be granted to companies that continue
    to participate as a full-paid sponsor (minimum Platinum Level) in the year (2018) following the
    expo in order to continue receiving the listed exclusive benefits for 2019.

Technical Symposia Coffee Breaks

Help us bring refreshments to all attendees during the Technical Symposia each day. Each coffee and/or beverage station outside of the session rooms, each day, will be accompanied by signage with your company name and your company logo proudly proclaiming your support of the Metal Engineering Expo Technical Symposia. You will receive (3) 2’ x 2’ floor decals
with your company logo leading to the session rooms. There will also be a listing of names in the Show Program as well as on the website.

All sponsorships are subject to these terms:

  • ✓ A 50% deposit of the Sponsorship amount must accompany the signed application and be received at SMI Headquarters prior to confirmed sponsorship.
  • ✓ Final 50% of the total Sponsorship fee must be received by May 31st, 2017.
  • ✓ After May 31st, 2017, all Sponsorship applications must be accompanied with full payment.
  • ✓ All logos and images to be reproduced must be submitted, in proper form, to SMI for use as expo
    planning and development continues. Within the 20-day application approval by SMI.
  • ✓ All booth space fees must be paid in full to SMI.
