Industrial Steel & Wire, Forming Systems, RK Trading, WAFIOS and Others to Exhibit at SMI Metal Engineering eXpo

New North American event brings opportunity for industry professionals to evaluate new equipment from top suppliers

Spring making, wire forming and metal fabrication professionals will have access to the industry’s top suppliers at the new Metal Engineering eXpo (MEE).

The inaugural show, held in Charlotte, NC on October 19-22, 2015, will feature new technology, live equipment demonstrations and more from dozens of companies including Industrial Steel & Wire, Forming Systems, RK Trading and WAFIOS.

  • Industrial Steel & Wire, one of the largest stocking distributors of round, flat, and shaped wire products in the world, will showcase carbon, stainless and non-ferrous wire.
  • Forming Systems will show HSI spring making accessory equipment, HTC spring and wire forming machines, SAS spring testers and vision systems, TBE automated wire forming machines, OMD spring grinders, and Jaykase programmable tabletop benders.
  • RK Trading offers a complete line of parts tooling for all Herdon machines.
  • WAFIOS manufactures over 120 models of wire and tube working machinery. It plans to show spring coiling machines with multi-cut system, 3D Former and PTP coiling finger, electronic spring coiling machine, CNC winding, coiling and bending machines, CNC bending and coiling machine and more.

Other well-known companies exhibiting at MEE include A.I. Technology Inc., Shinko Machine Tool Inc., Vinston US Corp , Pyromaitre Inc., Alex Industries, Fenn LLC, JN Machinery and NIMSCO.
